TARS was founded in 2014 by CEO Johnny K. Telos, a shipping industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, including more than 20 years as a FedEx Account Executive. Having been personally involved in thousands of contract negotiations, Johnny understands the complexities of shipping agreements inside and out.

His deep industry knowledge and firsthand experience make him the ideal partner to help businesses navigate the negotiation process, optimize their shipping costs, and secure the best possible rates. Johnny’s passion for saving clients money drives everything we do at TARS.

Vince Fisher

Meet Vince – Director of IT & Business Intelligence

Vince officially joined TARS full-time in 2021, but he has been an integral part of the company since its inception. A graduate of the prestigious University of Chicago, Vince brings over 20 years of experience in IT and Data Analytics to the team.

As the architect behind many of TARS’ proprietary systems and programs, he plays a crucial role in developing and managing our technology infrastructure. Vince oversees all software and IT initiatives, ensuring seamless operations while driving business intelligence and data-driven strategies that help our clients maximize savings.
