Johnny K. Telos
Founder/CEO

TARS was started in 2014 by CEO Johnny K. Telos. After over 30 years in the shipping industry, the last 20+ as an Account Executive with FedEx. Personally involved in thousands of contract negotiations, Johnny is passionate about saving clients money. Johnny’s consulting expertise as well as real world experience make him the perfect fit to help guide you through the complicated negotiation process. 

Vince Fisher
VP of Analytics

Vince joined TARS full time in 2021, but he has helped TARS since our inception. Vince is a graduate from the prestigious University of Chicago and has been in IT/Data Analytics for over 20+ years. He is responsible for many of the proprietary programs and systems TARS employs. Vince has been with TARS full time since March 2021 and coordinates all software and IT projects as well as the Business Intelligence at TARS.

Mark has been with TARS since 2017 and brings over 30 years of sales leadership and knowledge to TARS. His proven and successful B2B solutions drive new business and revenue growth to TARS.
